Pilates has been around since 1936 in the United States. Over these many decades it has grown in cult-like fashion for the fit and unfit populations around the world. It is now the most recommended kind of exercise from the super fit to the super unfit.

Here at Options Pilates, we believe in tailoring each workout to address your individual needs, including strengthening areas you weren't aware needed to be strengthened. Our workouts are equally beneficial to men and women and can be done in a private or small group setting.

For new clients, we start with a postural analysis to learn about current state of the body, injuries and/or medical issues you may have, as well as your personal workout goals. Our instructors always ask more questions to assess your fitness level and discover information you may not think is applicable. We take note of your energy level, posture, and the way you move to determine the best exercises for you.

All our instructors are trained through internationally recognised Pilates certifications, where movement is grounded in the modern knowledge of anatomy and how the body works, to make sure all workouts are effective and safe.

What is OptionsPilates?

OptionsPilates is the first and only international chain of Pilates and Movement studios worldwide. Our headquarter is based in Singapore and quickly growing through out Asia with branches in Seoul, Singapore and Hong Kong . This growth has been achieved due to the strong reputation of the founder, Joseph Halstead, enabling us to attract and train the best instructors and partners.

2008년 싱가폴에 제1호점 설립후, 현재 싱가폴, 홍콩, 서울에 6개의 스튜디오를 경영하고 있으며, Pilates Academy International 인증 교육 센터로 아시아 최대 1000명 이상의 강사를 배출 해왔습니다.

체형교정은 물론 척추층만증, 디스크 재활, 허리통증, 임신 전후 관리, 청소년 성장기 등 회원님의 목적에 따라 개인에 맞는 운동 프로그램을 제공해 드립니다.

신규 회원님은 첫 수업 전에 자세 분석을 하여 신체의 현재 상태, 과거 부상 경력 및 개인 운동 목표에 대해 강사와 상담하시게 됩니다. 그 후 50분의 수업을 통해 회원님의 신체 상태, 컨디션에 대한 이해를 깊이고 적절한 프로그램을 알려드립니다.
